Verse & Vision
Verse & Vision is a pioneering live showcase where emerging artists in film, music, poetry, and theatre come together in innovative, cross-disciplinary performances. Launched in 2023, it celebrates culture, creativity, and experimentation, encouraging artists to collaborate, improvise, and merge their work across mediums.
Through Verse & Vision, Àkàndá not only presents its own creative projects but also uplifts emerging and underrepresented talent, providing a stage for voices that deserve to be heard. It has also evolved into a hub offering industry insights, technical support, and networking opportunities that help students and graduates navigate creative careers. We champion creativity, community, and collaboration, building a vibrant ecosystem where art is accessible, daring, and deeply rooted in shared experience.
